IUPD Blotter

The IUPD reported the following activity:\nApril 16\n• Graduate student Michael Baran reported the theft of money from a closet on the second floor of the Kelley School of Business near room 223. Estimated loss is $1,000.\nApril 17\n• Sophomore Chase Rudolph, resident of McNutt Quad, reported the theft of his bicycle from a rack on the west side of McNutt. Estimated loss is $400.\n• Freshman Ryan Stewart, resident of Briscoe Quad, reported vandalism and the theft of articles from his vehicle while it was parked in the Blue Lot. Estimated loss is $510.\n• An overheated motor on the second floor of the School of Music caused a report of the smell of smoke. Bloomington Fire Department and IUPD responded. There was no damage.\n• Nonstudent David Weinberger, resident of New York, was riding an IU bus when he lost his wallet. The wallet was recovered, but $115 is now missing.
