The IU Police Department reported the following activity:\nApril 11\n• Freshman Claire Goodfriend, resident of Teter Quad, reported the fraudulent use of her ATM/Debit card. Estimated loss is $150.\nApril 12\n• Freshman Brian Sax, 19, resident of Foster Quad, was cited for illegal consumption at Foster.\n• Freshman Andrew Litton, 19, resident of Foster, was cited for illegal consumption at Foster.\n• Freshman Eric Wunderlich, 19, resident of McNutt Quad, was charged with illegal consumption, public intoxication and possession of false identification after he was found lying face down on the stairs between the Business and SPEA buildings. He was transported to Monroe County Jail. \n• Nonstudent Benjamin Shue, 24, resident of East University Avenue, was arrested for public intoxication in the alley off Kirkwood Avenue behind Malibu Grill. He was transported to Monroe County Jail.\n• An employee reported the theft of a laptop computer from Beck House on East Third Street. Estimated loss is $1800.\nApril 13\n• Nonstudent Randy Butcher, 22, was stopped in the area of the Main Library after IUPD received a call concerning a person masturbating inside the Main Library. Butcher was arrested on a warrant for the same offense and an additional charge of trespass.\n• Freshman Zack Worland, 19, resident of Foster, was cited for illegal consumption at Foster when an officer went to a dorm room for loud music.\n• Freshman Adam Thrall, 18, resident of Foster, was cited for illegal consumption at Foster when an officer went to a dorm room for loud music.\n• Freshman Graydon Sikes, 18, resident of Foster, was cited for illegal consumption at Foster when an officer went to a dorm room for loud music.\n• Freshman Brett Warnke, 18, resident of Foster, was cited for illegal consumption at Foster when an officer went to a dorm room for loud music.\n• Freshman Rogelio Mancillas, 18, resident of McNutt, was stopped and cited in the 10th Street Lot for illegal consumption.\n• Nonstudent Daniel Arroyo, a resident of Illinois, was stopped and cited in the 10th Street Lot for illegal consumption.\n• Nonstudent Michelle Tamayo, 18, resident of Illinois was stopped in the 10th Street Lot and arrested for false informing, illegal consumption and displaying false identification and transported to Monroe County Jail.\n• Nonstudent Elonor Ortiz, 18, resident of Illinois, was stopped and cited in the 10th Street Lot for illegal consumption.\n• Sophomore Robin Fulk, 19, resident of Read Center, was cited for illegal consumption at the old state highway garage after being observed sitting on rail road tracks.\n• Nonstudent Melissa Hight, 20, resident of Jefferson Street, was cited for illegal consumption at the old state highway garage after being observed sitting on rail road tracks.\n• Junior David Howell, 20, resident at John Hinkle Place, was cited for illegal consumption at the old state highway garage after being observed sitting on rail road tracks.\n• Junior Nicole Izdepski, 21, resident of Clarriz Boulevard, was stopped at Fifth and Dunn streets for suspicion of drunk driving. Izdepski was later arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. \n• Nonstudent Rapheal English, 26, resident of Cottage Grove Avenue, was arrested in the 400 block of East Cottage Grove Avenue for driving while suspended.\nApril 14\n• Freshman Shane Shaffer, 19, resident of McNutt, was stopped by an officer on South Dunn Street and issued a citation for illegal consumption.\n• Nonstudent Dennis Rhodes, 24, resident of Melrose Place, was stopped at 10th Street and Jordan Avenue for suspicion of drunk driving. Rhodes was later arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.\n• Sophomore Matthew Kaufmann, 19, resident of Wright Quad, was arrested at Wright and transported to Monroe County Jail for illegal consumption.\n• A carpet fire was reported in a stairwell at foster. A window was broken by an officer in order to gain entry to the building. Estimated damage is $500.\n• Nonstudent Ajay Rujput, 20, resident of Brownstone Apartments, was cited for illegal consumption on North Jordan Avenue.\n• Freshman Megan Wilkerson, 19, resident of Briscoe Quad, was issued a citation for illegal consumption after an officer responded to a call at Briscoe concerning an unconscious person.\n• Freshman Amit Patel, 20, resident of East 14th Street, was cited for illegal consumption at 801 N. Jordan Ave.\n• IUPD received a 911 call about a couch on fire in front of 619 E. Ninth St. BPD responded and extinguished the couch.
