IU utilized its bench in defeating the Ontario Blue Jays 7-4 Tuesday night at Sembower Field. The Blue Jays, an 18-and-under touring baseball team from Ontario, Canada, are the one exhibition opponent IU is allowed to play this year. \nJunior Michael Woodside, a key righthanded pinch hitter for the Hoosiers, hit a two-run home run in the bottom of the sixth to take the lead for good at 6-4. Woodside finished the day 2-for-3 with a home run, two RBI and a walk.\nThe Hoosiers also used the game to get work in for starting and bullpen pitchers.\n"It was a good time to get some guys in who haven't played," coach Bob Morgan said. "We got some work in pitching-wise as well"
