TERRE HAUTE -- Sentencing of a man described by authorities as one of west-central Indiana\'s largest makers of methamphetamine has been delayed because two educational videos he is making have not been completed.\nA plea agreement reached in March calls for Rodney Flora, 35, to plead guilty to six felony charges and receive a 10-year prison sentence.\nThe agreement also stipulates that he help the Vigo County Drug Task Force produce two videos about the drug.\nOn one tape, Flora will share personal stories about his experiences with the drug, said Daniel Weber, one of his attorneys. On another tape intended only for police use, Flora will demonstrate how to manufacture meth and discuss various chemicals used in the drug, said Denzil Lewis, a detective assigned to the task force. But both videos are to be completed before he is sentenced.\nKentucky State student killed in crash, one injured\nFRANKFORT, Ky. -- A Kentucky State University student died Tuesday after her vehicle struck a rock wall, police said.\nJoi Price, 19, of Springfield, Ill., was trying to turn from Ky. 676 to Ky. 1659 about 6:30 p.m. EDT Monday when she lost control of her vehicle and struck a rock embankment and suffered a head injury, according to the Fayette County coroner's office. Price was taken to the University of Kentucky Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead at 6:50 p.m. Tuesday.\nA passenger in the vehicle, Eleanor Alicia Ray of Indianapolis, was admitted to the University of Louisville Hospital with minor injuries. Ray is also a KSU student.\nA memorial service for Price is scheduled for Thursday morning on KSU's campus.
