Investigtion of attack continues

A 17-year-old freshman was attacked at Lamda Chi Alpha fraternity, 1210 E. Third St.., Saturday night, IU Police Department Lt. Jerry Minger said.\nMinger provided the following account of the attack:\nThe male student said he was leaving a party at 12:15 a.m. when he was approached by another male student. The second student refused to let him leave, the victim said.\nHouse members said the victim was intoxicated and had been causing trouble.\nThe victim said he was then attacked by several people he assumed to be members of the house and was thrown to the floor and struck repeatedly before fleeing the house.\nThe victim said he was hit 10-12 times by unknown assailants. He chipped a tooth and complained of a sore temple, but was not hospitalized.
