The following activity was reported by the IU Police Department:\nSept. 9\n• Nonstudent Kathryn Oxley, 19, resident of Greenwood, Ind., was cited for illegal consumption and public intoxication at the Forest Quad circle.\n• Freshman Alicia Pickell, 18, resident of McNutt Quad, was cited for illegal consumption at Foster Quad.\n• Freshman Philip Dils, 19, resident of North Jordan Avenue, was arrested for public intoxication and illegal consumption at Foster Quad.\n• Freshman James Kim, 19, resident of Foster Quad, was cited for illegal consumption and public intoxication.\n• Sophomore John Darguzas, 20, resident of North Jordan Avenue, was arrested for disorderly conduct, resisting law enforcement with force and resisting law enforcement fleeing.\n• Junior Jennifer D. Smith, resident of North Woodlawn Avenue, reported vandalism to her vehicle while it was parked near her residence. Estimated damage is $300.\n• An IUPD officer discovered vandalism to a construction fence behind Myers Hall. Estimated damage is $100.\nSept. 10\n• IUPD officers discovered a vehicle break-in. The owner, graduate student Seong-Keun Moon, a resident of Campus View Apartments, was notified and reported property had also been stolen from the car. Estimated loss is $100.75.\n• IUPD officers discovered a vehicle break-in of a vehicle parked in the Eigenmann Hall parking lot. Owner notification is pending. Estimated damage is $300.\n• An employee reported vandalism to a vehicle while it was parked on the south side of the IU Auditorium. Estimated damage is $200.\n• Sophomore Anthony J. Voelkel, resident of Wright Quad, reported the theft of a radar detector and his parking decal from his vehicle while it was parked on Seventh Street. Estimated loss is $263.\nSept. 11\n• Senior Sarah M. Ritter, 21, resident of East Atwater Avenue, was arrested at Third Street and Indiana Avenue for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.\n• Nonstudent William L. Pallett, 49, resident of Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested at Indiana Avenue and 10th Street for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.\n• An employee reported damages occurring between Sept. 1 and Sept. 9 to three Coke machines in three locations in Collins Center. Estimated damage is $200.\n• An officer found vandalism to the north side of Ernie Pyle Hall. Estimated damage is $150.\n• Junior Laura Gaskill, resident of North Woodlawn Avenue, reported vandalism to her vehicle while it was parked near her residence. Estimated damage is $200.\n• Junior Rachel Bitner, resident of North Woodlawn Avenue, reported vandalism to her vehicle while it was parked near her residence. Estimated damage is $300.\n• Nonstudent Robert F. Resneck, 46, was arrested at the Health Physical Education and Recreation building for indecent exposure and false informing.\nSept. 12\n• Nonstudent Kenneth R. Stickford, 38, resident of South Rogers Street, was arrested in Peoples Park for public intoxication and disseminating material harmful to minors.\n• Freshman Colin Connor, resident of Foster Quad, reported the theft of his backpack and contents from a locker at the Student Recreational Sports Center. Estimated loss is $536.\nSept. 13\n• Senior Nicholas J. Nobbe, 21, resident of East Third Street, was stopped at Seventh Street and Indiana Avenue for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was transported to Monroe County Correctional Center.\n• Sophomore Ryan M. Wilson, 19, resident of North Jordan Avenue, was stopped at 10th Street and Fee Lane and charged with public intoxication, illegal consumption and criminal mischief. He was also wanted in a previous incident. He was transported to Monroe County Correctional Center.\n• Sophomore Kerry Spalding, a resident of Collins Center, reported vandalism to her vehicle. Estimated damage is $150.\n• Freshman David Satovsky, 19, resident of McNutt Quad, was cited for possession of an alcoholic beverage. The incident occurred in the McNutt west parking lot.\n• Freshman Andrew Zusman, 18, resident of McNutt Quad, was cited for illegal consumption of alcohol. The incident occurred in the McNutt west parking lot.\n• Freshman Carrie L. Sexton, 18, a resident of Briscoe Quad, was cited for possession of paraphernalia at Briscoe.\n• Freshman Corey N. Silver, 18, a resident of Briscoe Quad, was cited at Briscoe for illegal consumption.\n• Freshman Brian A. Benko, 19, a resident of Briscoe Quad, was stopped in front of Briscoe and found to be intoxicated. He was transported to Monroe County Correctional Center.
