Thirteen members of the Development Review Committee met Tuesday in the McCloskey Conference Room in Bloomington City Hall at the Showers Building downtown to discuss three proposals. \nThe first was a proposal to build a Ritten's Frozen Custard stand near Whitehall Park in Bloomington. The committee was presented with the proposal for building and layout of the lot on which the stand would be situated. The final two proposals were for subdivision developments. The first plan was for a lot west of Eagle View. The final proposal was for development of nine lots near Rockport Hills. The committee does not make any decisions on approval for the project, but it discusses practicality of the plans and problems that might arise after construction is completed.
