Three arrested in altercation \nPolice responded to the 900 block of West Seventh Street Wednesday on a public disturbance call to find two men fighting, police said. \nThe officers reported that after they separated the two men, an intoxicated woman came out of the residence and became agitated. The woman then began to assualt and spit at the officers and resisted them when they attempted to arrest her, police said.\nShyla Decker, 20, was arrested for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, public intoxication, battery on a police officer and attempted battery by bodily waste, police said. She was taken to the Monroe County Correctional Center. Her bond has been set at $4,500.\nNathan Bultman, 24, of the 2500 block of Melton Drive, and Joseph Hall, 23, of the 1000 block of West Seventh Street, were arrested for disorderly conduct and public intoxication and taken to the Monroe County Correctional Center. Bultman is being held on a $1,500 bond. Hall was released on a $250 bond.\nWoman arrested for attempted fraud \nPolice were dispatched to the IU Credit Union on West Third Street Wednesday night on a suspicious persons call report, police said. \nOfficers arrived at the scene to find that Monroe County Deputies had the two suspects in custody, police reported. The deputies at the scene told officers that when they arrived, the juvenile male and female in question had thrown objects into a dumpster, police said. Police found those objects to be an ID and credit cards belonging to another person, police said. The male and female said they had been breaking into cars in the parking lot of Orchard Glen Apartments and had found the cards and wanted to see if they could get some money, police report. \nJennifer Franks, 19, of the 4100 block of Sahara Drive, was arrested for conspiracy to commit fraud, theft and contributing to the delinquency of a minor and sent to the Monroe County Correctional Center, police said. She is being held on a $500 bond.\nMan catches burglar on videotape\nA resident of Park Doral apartments brought a video to police of a man breaking into his apartment, police said. The resident told police he set up a hidden camera in his apartment after a break-in last week when prescription drugs were found missing from his apartment, according to a police report. \nPolice said the man suspected the complex's maintenance man in the theft, but wanted proof. After officers viewed the video and the maintenance man was positively identified, police arrested the man in question Wednesday, according to police. The maintenance man denied any knowledge of the break-ins until it became apparent there was a video and then admitted to both crimes, police said. \nJames Pertlebau, 30, of the 6100 block of West Isom Road was arrested for two counts of burglary and taken to the Monroe County Correctional Center. He was released on a $5,500 bond.
