A witness writes down what she saw after a cyclist was struck by a vehicle Tuesday at 11th Street and Fee Lane. The cyclist, a 17-year-old student, was riding against traffic and was not seen by the driver, student Jake Schantz. She was taken to Bloomington Hospital with minor injuries.
