GALLERY: IU students move-in for the 2020-21 school year

By Izzy Myszak – Indiana University students living in on-campus housing began moving in Aug. 3. This year a new schedule and plan was enforced for move-in to encourage social distancing and limit the spread of the coronavirus.

With no more than 1,500 students moving in per day, RPS created a phased move-in program. Move-ins will go from Aug. 3 to Aug. 23.

Upon arrival all students were required to receive a COVID-19 test at Memorial Stadium. According to the RPS website, all students will go through four different checkpoints, including the test, before moving into their assigned room.
