I've heard about half of these performers before and though it'd probably be appropriate to say that the sounds are raw and the performances visceral, this seems sort of like a copout. Suffice to say that the last time I saw the Mad Monk he stamped about the stage whiskey-loaded and bellowing folk anthems. Apache Dropout grunged and power-chorded and bellowed and moaned with catchy liners to keep up a responsive crowd, however, it's NOBUNNY who's headlining this event. He's captivating because he's positively frightening, sporting a show made up of 'nudity, dancing, chaos, and costumes...some batshit brilliant bullshit.' He has much more where that came from on his home page but I'm not going to quote it all here. You'll just have to catch the madness in person.
