In this video, starter Collin McEnery talks about how good it felt to hit in the three-spot and get at triple. In the game, McEnery recorded his second and third hits of the season and finished 2-for-5. The first hit was a laced-triple down the first base line that almost took the Xavier's first baseman's head off. The second was a ripped single up the middle. On the mound, McEnery did not allow a run or a hit in his two innings, but he walked three batters and wasn't his sharpest. McEnery talks about battling through inaccuracy and errors.

Stat of Note: McEnery entered Tuesday's game against Xavier batting .083 (1-of-12) on the season. After going 2-for-5 with a triple and RBI against the Musketeers, McEnery's batting average more than doubled finishing at .175 and his slugging percentage rose over 200-points (from .083 to .294).
