The Indiana women's basketball team, slated as the No. 12 seed in the Big Ten Tournament, will face off against No. 5 seed Michigan State Thursday night in the second game of the second session of the tournament held in Indianapolis, Ind. at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
The Hoosiers (6-23, 1-15) will take on the Spartans (19-10, 11-5) 25 minutes after the first game of the second session, where Minnesota will take on Wisconsin starting at 6 p.m.
Indiana lost both previous meetings to the Spartans this year: one, a 63-49 loss at Assembly Hall along with a defeat in East Lansing, Mich. 67-47.
The winner of Thursday night's game will take on No. 4 seed Purdue on Friday night, and that game will begin at the same time as Thursday's.
