2012 IU basketball recruit Yogi Ferrell will appear on "Guard Play with Kenny 'The Jet' Smith", a series of sit down interviews with Smith and high school basketball players, that will air on Fivestarbasketball.com and SI.com.
One of the most highly touted point guards in the nation, Ferrell is seen in the video promo with Smith along with the No. 3 ranked player in the class of 2012 Kyle Anderson and the No. 1 ranked player Shabazz Muhammad according to Rivals.com.
The series airs every Monday with Ferrell's scheduled for September 26th. In the promo video, Smith teases Ferrell about the abbreviation 'IU' and how the last great point guard IU had was back in the early 80s with Isiah Thomas.
Ferrell will begin his senior season at Park Turdor High School in November as the Panthers try and defend their 2A State Championship.
