Sitting atop the Big Ten standings for the first time this season, the IU (23-12, 6-3) baseball team received a pair of votes in this week's USA TODAY/ESPN Top 25 coaches' baseball poll.

IU and fellow co-Big Ten leader Michigan State both received two votes in the poll and are No. 43 and No. 44 respectively in the nation. Michigan State will visit Sembower Field on the weekend of May 13-15 for a three game series.

Other IU opponents in the poll include No. 8 Oregon State who beat IU 7-6 on Feb. 27, No. 34 Connecticut who IU beat 3-1 on Feb. 26 and No. 45 Coastal Carolina who IU beat 2-1 on Feb. 20.

The Hoosiers travel to previously ranked No. 28 Louisville, who is coming off being swept by St. John's over the weekend, today for a game at 6:00 EST.
