Senior Katie Liston received IU's Sportsmanship award and is now eligible for the Big Ten Sportsmanship Award. Sportsmanship honorees must have distinguished themselves through both ethical behavior and sportsmanship. They must also be in good academic standing and have demonstrated good citizenship outside of the sports-competition setting. One male and one female athlete are chosen for the award at each Big Ten school at the end of every school year.
Sophomores Shifumi Teresaska and Andrea Wensits both were named to All-Big ten teams today. Teresaka earning First Team All-Big Ten honors, while Wensits was named to the second team.
