Sophomore guard Ashlee Mells was not present at the IU women's basketball game against Wisconsin Thursday.
IU coach Felisha Legette-Jack said she was unaware of Mells' whereabouts and will punish the sophomore guard accordingly.
"I don't know where she was, but she's indefinitely suspended," she said.
Mells has averaged 4.2 points per game in 20 appearances this season. She has started once.
