A new online seating system will allow football and basketball season ticket holders to choose their own seats and see the view from chosen seats virtually, IU Athletics and the IU Varsity Club announced today.
The new system will replace the old method using "Priority Points" or special seating requests through the Ticket Office.
However, that is not to say the Priority Points system will not continue to play a role. Beginning in May, football season ticket holders will be given a specific date and time based on their points to use the system and choose their seats. To accommodate the changes, the deadline for 2010 football season ticket applications will be moved to March 5, with seat selection continuing through June.
