Junior middle blocker Ashley Benson earned her second postseason honor in as many weeks Wednesday, being named to the 2009 American Volleyball Coaches' Association (AVCA) All-Mideast Region Team.
Benson is one of 14 players to be selected to the team, and 13 of them play in the Big Ten conference.
