IU Athletics announced on Friday that it would be sponsoring a t-shirt contest for men's basketball student season ticket holders.
IU fans and students can submit entries until Sept. 30, with the winning entry announced at Hoosier Hysteria on Oct. 16. The open voting period will be between Oct. 2 and Oct. 16.
Senior Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing Pat Kraft said IU athletics had a big turnout with the football t-shirt contest and expects a similar, if not higher, turnout for basketball.
Kraft said the contest is one of many events IU athletics is doing to encourage student involvement.
"It's for the students," he said.
DeAntae and I will have more information about student season tickets in the next day or so.
