Good news from the IU football program: Junior defensive end Jammie Kirlew has been added to the Ted Hendricks award watch list.
The award is the top award in collegiate football for defensive ends. The list has yet to be shrunk down to it's finalists, which include only five or six athletes.
Kirlew ranks sixth nationally and second in the Big Ten in sacks at 10.5, and leads all Big Ten players with 7.0 sacks in conference play.
