On Wednesday, eight years ago to the day he was fired from Indiana University, Bob Knight appeared on the show "Mickey's Corner," a local interview program of WFYI in Indianapolis.
At one point in the Q&A session, the show's moderator, Mickey Maurer, asked Knight what he thought of cheating in recruiting. Knight replied with a gem:
"If you get caught cheating, they should shoot you. Because you're too dumb to be alive"
