Ahead of this weekend's open season on the visiting period, Rivals put out early recruiting rankings for the Class of 2009, and IU made the list. The Hoosiers -- with commitments from Maurice Creek, Jordan Hulls, Derek Elston and Bobby Capobianco -- clock in at ninth on the list, which has UNC at the top.
There are plenty of IU connections on the list, with Illinois clocking in at fourth, Tom Crean's old gal Marquette registering in eighth and IU's old coach, Mike Davis, getting his UAB Blazer in there at 10th. You can read the full rankings by clicking here.
