McRobbie takes the stand. He has a written statement:

"First let me say am deeply disappointed by these allegations."

He has discussed the allegations with Greenspan and counsel. He said the most important thing in college sports is to graduate players and follow the rules. He is determined to clean the program up. McRobbie told Greenspan that he has 7 days to follow up on the report and launch a new investigation about the NCAA allegations. Greenspan's findings will be used to make recommendations about Sampson's future.

"Let there be no doubt, these are serious allegations"

McRobbie praised Greenspan and the compliance office saying they did their job.

Sampson and McRobbie have not spoken since the new releases.

Coach Sampson's contract does not have a suspension clause, but if a recommendation of termination is made, then Sampson will be suspended with pay.
