Hey folks,

Just some last words on the blowout win over Wisconsin tonight.

-Coach Jack and the Hoosiers seemed pretty pleased with their win tonight, and for good reason. The Hoosiers got outrebounded - and that was about it. They shot better, had more steals, more assi shot more free throws, put more players in double digits and all-around owned the box score and scoreboard.

-Jolene Anderson said after the game she got "called out" at halftime as not just a scorer but a senior captain, and she and her coach were pleased with her second-half performance.

-Coach Jack said after the game she absolutely expects Jori Davis back this year, though she said it will likely be two or three more weeks before she can return from her foot injury. Georgia Follmer was not in attendance Thursday either, and coach Jack said she stayed home with strep throat that was still considered contagious. Jack said she hoped Follmer could rejoin the team as early as Friday.

-The Hoosiers hit six wins in the Big Ten, matching last season's total, but coach Jack said her focus and her team's focus is set squarely on Sunday's match-up with Iowa. "Seven is my favorite number," she said. "And then eight."

Check back later tonight or early tomorrow, and I'll have all those articles linked as promised. Until then, stay warm and drive safe.
