Starr is joined by Arizona State's Thomas Weber and University Texas El Paso (UTEP's) Jose Martinez. I got to think Starr's heroics on Saturday helped his cause. Does he have a shot of taking home the hardware?
James Hardy however is not one of the three finalists for the Biletnikoff, awarded annually to the best wide receiver. The three finalists are Mario Manningham of Michigan, Michael Crabtree of Texas Tech and Jordy Nelson of Kansas State
