This week's segment goes to Mr. Austin Starr, otherwise known as the Hoosiers kicker. I interviewed Starr for a feature about him that will run in the Oct. 12 edition of the Indiana Daily Student. The great thing about the guy is that he will go on forever when you ask him a question. I mean, all the guy does is talk - which is great for me, and since he always gives great quotes. So with that in mind, I decided to include him as the Hoosier for my post.

1) Best music to seduce a woman: Marvin Gaye or Barry White? Starr: "Marvin Gaye, definitely." (Oh mercy mercy me, what's going on? Let's get it on because there ain't no mountain high enough. Wow, that was bad. But fun to do. Marvin Gaye = P.I.M.P.).

2) Favorite kicker in the NFL? "Robbie Gould. We have the same mechanics and he was the first kicker I ever met. He was here for the Penn State game in 2005, he's a good guy."

3) Would you rather kick from the left or right hash? "Right hash."

4) Do you like football in the rain or snow better? "Haven't had a game in the snow yet, but it would be a great experience."

5) Which upset is bigger? Appalachian State over Michigan, or Stanford over USC? "Appalachian State, definitely."

6) Best video game system of all-time? " The original Nintendo. No doubt. We're talking Duck Hunt." (side note: there was an emphatic emphasis on the no doubt. just thought you should know.)

7) The Departed or Goodfellas? "The Departed"

8 ) Who would win in an arm wrestling contest? You or Michael Hines? "Hines."

9) Who's a better GM? Isiah Thomas or Matt Millen? "Isiah Thomas. That's unfortunate, the things that have happened to him."

10) Who's the biggest trash talker on the team? "Nobody talks trash, we all get along."

If you guys want to send some fun questions for me to ask a player next week, by all means. Just post a comment and I'd be glad to ask if it's a good one.
