I hate the phrase "biggest game of the year."
Shouldn't your next game always be the biggest? Should the Hoosiers focus on the forest instead of the trees and use the Illinois game as a warm-up to the Old Oaken Bucket game? Me thinks not.
As I mentioned in my column today, the fact that the Hoosiers have played three teams nicknamed the Sycamores, the Broncos and the Zips alone gives the Illinois game the semi-deserving title of "biggest game of the year."
I predict the Hoosiers will come out victorious over their new rival, Indiana 31, Illinois 28.
Put yourself in Nostradamus's shoes (did he wear shoes?). Post and predict the score of the Indiana/Illinois game. If you think the Hoosiers will win, which I imagine most people who read this blog do, defend and explain your soothsaying.
