Teen Friendly: Tomato Tasting

City of Bloomington Parks & Recreation invites you to taste a rainbow of tomatoes at the Bloomington Community Farmers’ Market Tomato Tasting event. Volunteers will assist with setup and teardown of the event, and cut and serve tomatoes for sampling. On-site training is provided.  

Age Requirement: 16 years and older. 

Dates & Times: August 15, 2026; 8:00 A.M. -12:00 P.M.

Greenhouse Volunteers

The People’s Cooperative Market is looking for weekly volunteers to help keep their greenhouse weed-free, harvest vegetables, plant seeds and plants, and assist the Greenhouse Manager.

Graphic Designer for Bloomington Symphony Orchestra

Bloomington Symphony Orchestra is looking for a Graphic Design volunteer to work alongside their Marketing and Communications Committee. This volunteer will help create a cohesive look for the orchestra’s 5 annual concerts, including posters and social media graphics.
