IU students and faculty will hear tornado sirens and receive IU-Notify alerts Tuesday between 10:15-10:30 a.m. as part of a tornado drill.
Officially named Operation Stormy Weather, all IU campuses will take part in the drill.
During the drill, students and employees are expected to immediately seek shelter in places like basements, severe weather shelters and interior hallways.
The drill tomorrow is part of the National Weather Service’s Severe Weather Preparedness Week for Indiana. Other schools and government agencies are taking part in the drill as well.
