Freshman guard Romeo Langford attempts to score against University of California, Davis on Nov. 23 in Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall.

After suffering its first loss of the season at Arkansas, the IU men's basketball team rebounded with consecutive, if unconvincing, wins at home against the University of Texas-Arlington and the University of California-Davis.

Next, IU faces its toughest test of the season, a road meeting with Duke University.

The Blue Devils are again one of the top-ranked teams in the country, featuring several star freshman players under the tutelage of Coach Mike Krzyzewski.

Ahead of Tuesday night's game in Durham, North Carolina. IDS men's basketball writers Cameron Drummond, Ben Portnoy and Murphy Wheeler recap the past week of IU hoops and preview the huge nonconference game.

The IDS trio is also joined via phone by Mitchell Gladstone, the Duke men's basketball reporter for the Duke Chronicle, the independent student newspaper at Duke University, to preview the game.
