Democratic Sen.-elect Joe Donnelly defeated Republican State Treasurer Richard Mourdock for the Indiana U.S. Senate seat.
CNN, The Hill, Fox News, MSNBC and NBC have called Donnelly with 62 percent of precincts reporting.
The Democratic win comes after incumbent Republican Dick Lugar lost the primary race to Mourdock in May.
Donnelly will deliver a victory speech at 10 p.m.
