The Kappa Sigma fraternity has been ordered by IU to suspend all activities as of Dec. 7th, pending a formal investigation.
According to a press release issued by the University, an undergraduate student was transported by a personal vehicle to a Bloomington-area hospital with “an extremely high blood alcohol level.”
“Indiana University is committed to creating a values-based student organization and fraternity and sorority community, which fosters a culture of care,” according to the press release.
It is expected that Kappa Sig will fully cooperate with the investigation.
