MORE INFO Diane Rubinstein, an author and professor of government and American studies at Cornell University, will give a talk as part of the “In/visibility of America’s 21st Century Wars” series. Rubinstein’s most recent book analyzes what role the president plays in American popular culture, as well as how presidents engage in wars while citizens continue their lives as normal.
