Fans keep Harry Potter alive through club

With the Harry Potter series slowing down as the final movie is released to the public, a new club has emerged on campus this school year.

The Harry Potter Society keeps the fandom alive as the last Harry Potter movie, “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part Two”, is released on Blu-ray and DVD on Friday.

Co-presidents Erin Woodward and Liz Fuerman, also known as the Ministers of Magic, started the club to bring Harry Potter fans together.

Their weekly meetings consist of book discussions, trivia and games, movie viewings, crafts, Quidditch and fundraising.

The Harry Potter Society meets at 5:30 p.m. every Sunday in Woodburn Hall 003. To be involved, email HPSociety@gmail.com or find the group page on Facebook.
