Let me start off by saying I completely agree with the fact that government resources are indeed being wasted through this new VIPR thing.
However, your ignorance astounds me. The fact that there is more than one of you writing this makes it even worse.
You are claiming that Graceland and the Jack Daniels distillery would be the only major targets terrorists would have on Tennessee as if the state has nothing more to offer than that. Now I am by no means saying Tennessee would ever, EVER be the target of a terrorist attack, but we have more to offer than liquor.
Ever heard of the Grand Ole Opry? Vanderbilt? Or how about one of the greatest music industries in the world (a little place called Nashville. Look it up).
To have the audacity to claim that the government is just protecting a bunch of “bourbon producers” really angers me (born and raised in Tennessee, making more sense now right).
I know you guys don’t care what angers me but show some respect. Have any of you even been to Tennessee?
How many “overly armed” (what does that even mean?) Tennesseans to you see running around? That’s what I thought. Oh yeah, and nice picture.
You guys managed to draw the perfect profile of a true Tennessean, that’s for sure what we look like.
Give me a break. Learn about who you’re writing about before you trash them.
