Ind. State Police to conduct sobriety checkpoint

From IDS Reports

On Friday, the Indiana State Police will conduct a sobriety checkpoint in Monroe County.

The exact time and location of the checkpoint will not be released, according to an ISP press release.

Drivers who are not impaired should only expect two to three minute delays while passing through the checkpoint.

The ISP encourages drivers to call 911 or the closest ISP Post if they see another driver that may be impaired.

The press release said those who do report a possibly impaired driver should be prepared to give a description of the vehicle, location and the direction to which the vehicle is traveling.
