That is the sound of pleased Gossip Girl blogger you’re hearing. This episode finally moved on from some boring stories, and more importantly had some fun, and very necessary, guest stars.
First of all, it’s great to see that Jenny is finally appearing on screen for more than 45 seconds at a time. Of course, it’s nice to see Eric too.
Back at NYU, a new student has enrolled–a celebrity student. Nate is the first one to tell Dan about Olivia Burke, the uber famous actress. It was clear that Ms. Burke would be a love interest for the simple fact that Dan had somehow never heard of her.
Enter Hilary Duff.
