Shots fired at IMU early this morning

IU Police Department officers responded to gunfire early today in the Indiana Memorial Union pay lot No. 2, according to a press release.

Officers heard shots at 1:41 a.m. as they directed traffic at the IMU. In pay lot No. 2, located north of the IMU and Ernie Pyle Hall, officers found five 9 mm and two 45 caliber shell casings.

Officers were unable to locate any suspects after the shooting.
