I think it is a disgrace that you put the article “Group questions 9/11 truth” on the front page on the sixth anniversary of the tragic events. It is a shame that this was the only article regarding 9/11 in the paper. Being from New York City and having friends perish in the attacks, I find it offensive. Richard Gage is just another ultra liberal coming to a liberal school to make some noise. I am not an ultra-conservative guy either. What this man and the IDS (indirectly) have done is spat on the faces of the heroes and victims of 9/11. People outside of the three cities that were attacked do not seem to understand that real people died. New York City lost a lot that day; more than just three buildings. It took many months to feel safe again. \nThe author and the IDS had every right to publish this article, after all is that why we love America, but to put it on the front page with no other articles honoring those fallen, on the anniversary no less is disrespectful and unprofessional. I urge you to make up for it on the seventh anniversary. I know what happened that day, everyone in New York, Pennsylvania and Washington D.C. knows what happened. Apparently Mr. Gage does not. Well after six years I still cannot watch footage from that day. \nThose were not as Mr. Gage put it “What we can now safely call demolitions.” Mr. Gage and the IDS owe the victims and all those affected by 9/11 a huge apology because instead of honoring them, you have truly disgraced them.
‘Group questions 9/11 truth’ a disgrace
