Bus schedules to change for summer

Starting today and running through August 28 several bus routes will run reduced routes for the summer.\nThe Route 6 campus shuttle will leave Knightridge Apartments at 7:30 a.m. and the last trip will arrive there at 9:30 p.m. Route 6 buses will run every 60 minutes. Normal Saturday and Sunday schedules will be in effect throughout the summer.\nOn the C route, the first trip will leave University Commons Apartments at 7:10 a.m., and the last trip will arrive there at 11:10 p.m. on weekdays. C Route buses will run every 40 minutes. For the Saturday summer schedule the first bus will leave University Commons at 9:30 a.m., and the last trip will arrive at 6:10 p.m. No buses will run on Sundays during the summer.\nRoute 7 Henderson/Walnut Express will not run during the summer.\nAll other routes will operate normally during the summer.\nIn addition to these changes, Bloomington Transit is offering students in grades K-12 a Summer Fun Pass. For $10 students will have unlimited access to city buses June 8 through August 15.\nFor more information on Bloomington Transit services call 336-RIDE (7433).
