Man falls from 2nd story

A member of Acacia fraternity fell from a second-story window Tuesday morning, according to IU Police Department reports. \nIUPD officers arrived at the south side of the house at 1:52 a.m. Toby Cohen, 19, was sitting close to a pool of blood and trying to stand up when IUPD officers urged him to sit down and wait for an ambulance, the report states. They noticed he had bloodshot eyes, his breath smelled like alcohol and there was a cut on the back of his head. \nOne house member told IUPD that Cohen had climbed a downspout and tried to jump to his window to gain entry to his room. According to the report, Cohen fell about 20 feet but was not knocked unconscious. He was admitted to Bloomington Hospital at 2:16 a.m. and released at 3:30 a.m., according to hospital officials.\nCohen was also cited for illegal possession of alcohol.
