'This type of thinking' makes for good music

Chevelle is back with its second major record label release, This Type of Thinking Could Do Us In. It seems that this time around, Chevelle's type of thinking hasn't really changed all that much, and that's a good thing.\nThis Type of Thinking Could Do Us In is the follow-up to its hit album Wonder What's Next and not much has changed soundwise. This time around Chevelle has taken many familiar-sounding melodies from its first album and thrown some heavier rock riffs on top of them. The end result is a surprisingly intriguing blend of melody and hard guitar licks.\nOne listen to this album and you will realize this CD doesn't just contain one or two standout songs. It contains 11 tracks with great melodies and production value that leave you wanting more. After listening to this album, you will be hoping the radio doesn't get a hold of the songs and play the hell out of them. If you like them, why not?\nEach and every song on this CD is worth a listen, even if you were only a fan of a couple of the songs on Wonder What's Next.
