Conference to discuss death penalty system\nThe School of Law will hold a series of lectures and panels titled "Toward a Model Death-Penalty Code: The Massachusetts Governor's Council Report" from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday in the Moot Court Room at the Law School. The event will continue from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday. The conference will discuss 10 recommendations given by the Massachusetts Governor's council in May to create a more fair and accurate death penalty system.
