Joints 'Crunk' not necessarily 'Classic'

It's debatable whether crunk has been around long enough to have its own compilation of classics, and even if it has, I'm not sure this would be it. Regardless, there's some good stuff on here, like Petey Pablo's "Raise Up," and in case it's been too long to recall which classic that is, it's the one that goes, "North Carolina come on and raise up." Also, "Bia' Bia' 2" by Lil Jon & the East Side Boyz featuring Chyna Whyte and Too $hort is on the album and it's great, except I could do without Chyna Whyte on the track. UGK's remix of "Pocket Full of Stones" is the mellowest and least crunk song included, but it flows. Rowdy chants and throaty lyrics fill tracks like Pastor Troy's "No Mo Play in GA" and Sammy Sam's "Knuckle Up," which has a good beat and catchy lyrics like, "You got a gun, man. It ain't right, man, and I ain't got no gun, man, but we can fight, man." Trick Daddy, Three 6 Mafia and Youngbloodz all make an appearance on the album as well. There is some mediocre music on here too, but despite the misleading title, the album does contain some riot-inspiring material, which is what crunk is really all about.
