The IU Police Department reported the following activity:
May 31\n• Non-student Benjamin Y. White, 41, a resident of Southern Avenue, was arrested for marijuana less than 30 grams. \n• Non-student Todd Koepke, 23, resident of Anderson, was arrested for public indecency and public intoxication at 10th Street and Indiana Avenue. \n• Student Edward B. Howard, 29, resident of Seymour, Ind., was arrested for driving while suspended. \n• Student Arthur L. Atkinson, 26, resident of South Weatherstone Lane, was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

June 5\n• An IU employee reported vandalism to a Building Services Kawasaki Mule while it was parked at the Simon Center on South Jordan Avenue. Estimated loss is $250. \n• A Campus Division employee reported the theft of flowers from the northeast corner of Memorial Hall on East Third St. Estimated value is $200.
June 6\n• Non-student Ryan S. Walls, 22, resident of North Walnut Street, was arrested at East Third and Dunn streets and charged with driving while intoxicated. \n• IDS employee and senior Frankie L. Ferrell, 28, resident of Bryan Street, was arrested on the east side of Ballantine Hall and charged with public intoxication. \n• An IU student was battered outside a downtown Bloomington night club. The student was transported to Bloomington Hospital. \n• Water damage to computer equipment at the UITS lab at Read Center-Landes was reported. Estimated damage is $3,500.
June 7\n• Junior Anisa Dema, 19, resident of North Dunn Street, was arrested at 18th and Dunn streets and charged with driving while intoxicated, illegal consumption and possession of false identification. \n• Non-student Andrew Thomson, 20, was arrested at 18th and Dunn streets and charged with illegal consumption, public intoxication and possession of false identification.
June 8\n• Senior Nick L. Iremain, 23, resident of Varsity Lane, was arrested on North Dunn Street and charged with operating while intoxicated and operating while intoxicated, per se. He was transported to the Monroe County Jail. \n• Non-student Michael Patton, 28, resident of East Kirkood Avenue, was arrested on East 10th Street and Indiana Avenue and charged with public intoxication, resisting law enforcement and disorderly conduct. \n• Non-student Nicholas S. Maxberry, 24, resident of Highland Avenue, was arrested on Seventh Street and College Avenue and charged with public intoxication. He was transported to the Monroe County Jail. \n•Non-student Michael David Johnson, 53, resident of Alaska, was arrested at First Street and College Avenue and charged with operating while intoxicated and operating while intoxicated, per se. He was transported to the Monroe County Jail. \n• Senior Michael J. Garcia, 22, a resident of Keri Marie Lane, was arrested at Second and High streets and charged with operating while intoxicated and possession of marijuana. He was transported to Monroe County Jail.
June 9\n• An employee reported theft of her 1995 Ford Escort from the parking lot of the Optometry Building. Estimated loss is $4,000.
June 10\n• Non-student Nicholas R. Anderson, 23, resident of Indianapolis, was arrested for public intoxication. \n• Non-student Nicholas E. Workman, 22, resident of 7400 S. State Road 37, was arrested for public intoxication.
June 11\n• Non-student Jason S. Gallagher, 27, was arrested at 10th Street and Jordan Avenue for operating while intoxicated, per se, driving while suspended and false fictitious registration. He was transported to the Monroe County Jail.
