Book drive benefits Head Start

From IDS Reports\nIU Early Childhood Education is holding a children's book drive to benefit Head Start classrooms in Bloomington and surrounding locations. \nThe event, called "ECE Bees: Gathering Books for Head Start," will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday at the School of Education. \nECE will be collecting gently used picture books and cash donations to benefit the children of Head Start, a government funded project designed to benefit children of low income families.\nWith each book or cash donation the person donating will receive a free homemade cookie. All donations can be dropped off in the Education School atrium.
