Garcia, 20, resident of North Jordan Avenue, was cited at 13th Street and Park Street for illegal consumption.\n• Sophomore Jeffrey A. Fuldauer, 20, resident of East 10th Street, was cited for illegal consumption.\n• Junior Michael T. Stack, 20, resident of East 10th Street, was cited for illegal consumption.\n• Senior Katherine E. McBroome, 20, resident of North Indiana Avenue, was cited for furnishing alcohol to minors and illegal consumption.\n• Senior Angela T.
