Open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. all week, the event is billed as the largest back-to-school poster sale, boasting many posters from which students can choose to adorn their now naked walls.\nErol Liguori, president of Prolific, said there couldn't be a better time than now for such an event. \n"We like to think of it as the back to school experience," Liguori said. "The event comes at a perfect time when students need to cover their bare walls."\nStudent Mike Fleischman said the rarity of some of the posters and the huge selection is what drew his attention. Noting the variety of posters, Fleischman said there were "hard ones to find that other places didn't have in the area."\nStudent Patrick McDaniel said he heard about the sale through word of mouth. \nSome friends of mine got a poster from here, and they told me abut it," McDaniel said. \nMcDaniel, who plans to cover his residence hall room walls with posters of his favorite rock groups and movies, found interest in the music and movie variety.\nStudent Susie Roble is a veteran to the event. She also said she is drawn by the large selection of posters. Roble said she heard about the event after seeing a flier advertising the sale. The hallmark of the sale, Roble said, is the "lower prices and the big selection."\nAll posters cost between $6-$8. \nLiguori said the positive response the company has received in the past from college students as well as adults is rewarding. \n"Kids dig it … it is something we feel good about doing," Liguori said. "We receive letters from people telling us how they enjoyed it"
