Kelsey, 52, resident of South Rogers Street, was arrested for public intoxication.\n•Graduate student Vikas Gupta, 22, resident of South Grant Street, reported the theft of several items from his locker in the School of Health, Physical Education and Recreation. Estimated loss is $262.\n•Non-student Sean A. Moulton, 22, resident of Gosport, Ind., was arrested for public intoxication at the Fun Frolic.\nJune 23\n•Non-student Terry I. Tomlin, 46, resident of Eastgate Lane, was arrested for public intoxication.\n•An employee reported vandalism to a vehicle parked in the 10th Street lot. Estimated damage is $8,000.\nJune 24\n•An employee of 1410 North Jordan Avenue reported vandalism to some windows in the house.
